Arqaam Group extends its operations in the KSA through Arqaam Capital Financial Company Limited, a robust entity operating under commercial registration number 7037693624. This single foreign shareholder-owned limited liability company boasts an initial share capital of SAR 7.5 million and operates under the name ‘Arqaam KSA’.
Regulatory Framework and Licenses
Arqaam KSA is proud to be authorized and regulated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Saudi Arabia. We currently hold licenses that enable us to engage in Arranging and Advising within the securities business sector. In line with our growth strategy, Arqaam Group is poised to apply for additional regulatory approvals, further expanding our service offerings and capabilities in the region.

Arqaam KSA is a subsidiary of Arqaam Global Markets Limited, based in the Cayman Islands, which itself is under the ownership of Arqaam Capital Limited (Cayman Islands).
